Bozka olive oil is made from daily picked and cold pressed Memecik variety olives.

Extra virgin olive oil, one of the main ingredients of the Mediterranean diet, is grown at our farms in the Aegean region, on the hills of Germencik, Aydin Province, and 20 km. south of Tarsus in southern Turkey. In fact, this unique olives are associated with historical ties of Aydın province reflect biodiversity of our land.

Although it is difficult to determine the exact age of olive trees, many of them are considered to be several hundred years old. The other young olive trees are between the ages of 20 and 50. These olive farms are located in traditional olive growing areas.

Olives are harvested when they mature early from October to November. Olives are cold pressed on the same day fresh. Cold pressed Olive oil from Memecik olive trees especillay from Mursalli Hills are one of the most admired and desired varieties.

Olives are cold pressed with continuous extraction method within 4 hours after hand picking to preserve the highest quality and to have an acidity of 0.8%; limpid appearance; yellowish green from green color; olive leaf smell and its unique olive oil taste. Every year, our olive gardens produce two types of extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed oil and organic olive oil.
